come to charge about migrant workers' case

19,7,2014, as procedure, the thai employer of golden and sliver garment factory in Mae Sot does not give salary in regular and conducts 2080 baht for cost of visa process, the employer is tableau by giving message that will do legal  documentation and visa for Burmese workers in my factory. About this case, over 50 workers disagree because they get 3000 baht per month

They have not enough for expenditures, so they come to report AWU.

AWU is forever standing in the thai labour law and generally in participating with thai labour protection office and other organizations and IOGs which are performing for Burmese migrant workers earning in Thailand. AWU provides lawsuit this case as soon as they charge until regaining pay cut money 2080 baht. In fact, the employer should discuss about the visa and legal documentation that will cost for step by step so that the employer can provide all.
